Candidate Terms & Conditions

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to you if you register as a candidate, browse published roles, or submit an application through Euno HR. They do not cover staff accounts used by hiring organisations, or the commercial terms between Euno HR and those organisations.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must use accurate information. If you apply on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Your candidate account

You are responsible for the email address and password you use to sign in, and for activity on your account. Keep your credentials private and tell us if you think they have been misused.

You may store a profile (name and optional date of birth), documents such as a CV, and answers you give on applications. You can update profile details, replace documents, export a copy of your data, or erase your account from the Apply Portal, subject to the limits in section 6.

3. Applications and hiring organisations

When you apply, your application is submitted to the organisation that published the role. That organisation is the employer (or recruiter) deciding who to hire. Euno HR provides the platform they use to receive, review, and evaluate applications.

Each role has a Success Profile: a structured definition of what success looks like in that job. Organisations may ask role-specific questions, request documents, and collect standard intake details (for example location or work authorisation). Answer honestly. Misleading or incomplete information can lead to an application being declined or an offer being withdrawn.

4. AI-assisted evaluation

Applications may be evaluated with AI-assisted scoring against the frozen Success Profile for that Job Opening. Scoring uses evidence from your answers, documents, and other signals the organisation has enabled on the opening. It produces inspectable suitability information for the hiring team — it does not by itself decide who is hired.

Hiring decisions remain with the organisation’s hiring team. AI does not replace their judgement. Scores can be incomplete when evidence is weak or missing; humans may verify, override, or ignore system recommendations.

By accepting these terms you confirm that you have been told about this AI-assisted evaluation and that you agree to your application being processed that way on Euno HR.

5. What we (and hiring organisations) may do with your data

Euno HR processes your account and application data to operate the Apply Portal: authentication, storing documents, delivering applications to the relevant organisation, evaluation, interviews, hiring outcomes, and support.

The hiring organisation processes the application you send them for their recruitment purposes. Their own policies may apply in addition to these terms. Do not upload documents or answers you are not entitled to share.

6. Your privacy choices

You can download a copy of the personal data held in your candidate account, and you can erase that account. Erasure removes profile data, documents, application answers, messages, notes, and interview records associated with you as a candidate.

An anonymised application reference may remain so the organisation’s hiring audit stays intact. We may also retain information we must keep for security, legal, or dispute reasons. Erasure cannot unsend an application the organisation has already received and acted on.

7. Acceptable use

Use the Apply Portal only to apply for roles and manage your candidate account. Do not attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, scrape listings in an abusive way, or submit malware. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

8. Changes and contact

The current version of these terms is PLATFORM_TERMS_V1. If we make material changes, we will publish an updated version and may ask you to accept it again before you submit further applications.
